"What was the project you completed this year that gave you the most satisfaction...?"
"The project that we completed this year that gave me the most satisfaction was the Egyptian Piece. I am very proud of it. I was able to execute all of my ideas and adopt new ones. The snake tails were hard, but so was crosshatching everything out. I was not familiar with that tool. I love my project and my teacher for giving me the resources that I needed." -Selena Ortiz "I loved the Emoji project in the end because Orionna and I made up our own Emoji. It was different. I honestly use emojis every day and I just liked them overall. That was my only project that got hung up this year. It was the best project I had up all year." -Lawanna Williams "The project I liked this year was the Emoji Sculpture project. I liked this one because it was something we never did before at MACS and I felt that it was very relateable to our generation and it's a new trend that everyone uses on their phone. We had so much freedom to pick any emoji we wanted and this is my personal one that I love and feel confident in that I really did a good job in." -Raeven Wilson "The Abstract Expressionism project gave me the most satisfaction because I was allowed to depict my emotions. I could tell how I feel in a painting instead of just thinking about it. It was challenging picking which emotions to use, because my mood changes a lot." -Byheem Coleman "The project I completed this year that gave met he most satisfaction was the Egyptian Scratch-Out Project. I leared a lot about Egyptian culture and their ancient writing, and I got to use it in my project!"
